Processing of Tanzania eVisa

• Please enter your information into the online form to process your Tanzania eVisa .

• In this step, you are required to enter the exact personal information of the applicant(s) including a scanned bio-page of your passport and your recent front facing photograph.

• You should check more about document requirements on our website.

• Please double check your information to make sure that all are correct. Then you need to choose the payment method and fill in the secure payment page for the visa fee.

• After receiving the full payment for visa service fee and Government fee , we will send a request by email for the additional documents to complete your application.

• After finishing step 2, please check your email from us for the confirmation.

• Tanzania eVisa will be processed and sent to you via email.

• When you receive your Tanzania eVisa sent via email, please print out your Tanzania eVisa to board the airplane.

For checking at the airports in Tanzania:

• Ordinary eVisa: you only need to show your passport and the return ticket of your flight.

• Multiple eVisa: In addition to your passport and the return ticket of your flight, you must prepare the following documents:
  + A valid passport or national ID of the person to be visited in Tanzania (host) (valid 6 months).
  + A covering letter of the host Institution detailing the reasons and frequency of Visits.
  + Attached Certificate of the marriage of a spouse and a passport / national ID, (if the applicant comes to visit a spouse).
  + Any proof that justifies that you are required to visit the United Republic of Tanzania frequently.
